Go to your iPhone's Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Latchly. From there you can change or cancel your plan. We don't handle billing directly since it all goes through Apple.
Refunds are processed by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Since all data is stored on your device (not on our servers), we can't recover data after the app is deleted. We recommend using the CSV or PDF export feature regularly to back up your data.
We try to respond within 24-48 hours. Usually faster.
